We’ll bring designers, tech, coaches, and filmmakers together to create cinematic, precise, and effective learning experiences.Your MissionAs our Applied Psychologist, you’ll bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that say, “This changed me.” Your work will integrate:Protocols – guided frameworks that rewire perception, emotion, and actionLoops – adaptive, AI‑powered coaching cycles that evolve with each userPersonalization – experiences that feel uniquely theirs each timeAI agents – specialised agents that enhance the student journey with actionable insightsYour 4 Main MissionsLearning Experience Architecture backed by science – Own the learning system from architecture to executionDesign the journey, not just the content, making it science‑backed and captivatingScript learning experiences that engage heart and brain, each element serving transformationEnsure every feature supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystemCraft a premium, high‑impact course experienceCo‑craft courses with experts, translating their genius into cinematic, science‑based journeysLead end‑to‑end design of the course, from strategy to final content deliveryOwn scripting, copywriting, and educational asset creation, including modules, assessments, reflection prompts, and supplemental materialsConduct desk and user research to inform goals, personas, and curriculum structureCraft AI conversations and loops, write prompt chains, refine tone and flow until every exchange feels human and transformativeReview conversations with AI to refine agentsMeasure, iterate, and analyse for transformation and stickiness; define KPIs beyond completionApply habit‑formation and behavioral principles to drive daily practice and retentionIdeal CandidateExperience3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred)Shipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable resultsComfortable with AI tools, FigmaProven track record designing and delivering digital learning experiences across asset types (video, articles, assessments, interactive experiences)Portfolio of one or more cinematic/narrative‑rich courses or programsTraitsCraft‑obsessed – drive, do‑er mindset, bias for outcomesStrong writing skills – editorial thinker, high‑quality content creationStrong aesthetic sensibility – cares how the course feelsUser and impact obsessed – outcome‑centric, transformation‑focusedCritical thinker – turns vague problems into clear hypotheses, challenges assumptions, rebuilds models on data and insightDigital and AI savvy – can build AI agents or demonstrate learning abilityLanguageFrench: native; English: fluent – written communication in English.IT MIGHT NOT BE FOR YOUIf you desire clear instructions before chaos, prefer balance over intensity, or only want to optimize spreadsheets, this role may not fit you.
