Job Family/Profession Sales & Marketing - Sales & Marketing Job title Zone Manager Sales NSC Parts&Services (ref.597) Contract Permanent contract Status Staff Mission To ensure the achievement of commercial targets (volume, mix, market share, profitability) optimizing both sell‑in and sell‑out actions, by the Distrigo Hub within their assigned area. Main ResponsibilitiesOrganize regular meetings with the Distrigo Hub managers Monitor on monthly basis evolution of business scenario within the territory: customer demand, competitor activities, etc. Analyze the business KPIs of the Hub: Sell out by channel, product stock, profitability, etc. Drive forward the Annual General Commercial Policy Support Distrigo Hub in planning and executing the sell‑out actions needed to maximize Hub effectiveness, sales potential and commercial policy earnings as issued by the NSC Grant consistency between the sell‑in and the sell‑out plan with a focus on preventing and managing aged stock Negotiate with the Distrigo Hub the product sell‑in (e.g. product mix, commercial policy, sell in & out action) Drive forward Sell Out Channel Authorized & Independent Repair & B2B Monitor Quality KPI Drive the Distrigo HUB forward in their Field Force and Call Center activity Work with the Distrigo Hub in their operational marketing actions Identify the Distrigo Hub needs in terms of organization, processes, training of sales force, etc. in order to fully maximize market share.ProfileStrong sales and analysis orientation Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem‑solving skills Energy, determination and stress management Excellent knowledge of the main applications in the MS Office environment, in particular MS Excel Good knowledge of the English language.At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
