Here are the detailsWhat You'll DoOwn the product strategy, vision and roadmap.Champion users needs by deeplyunderstanding the work of data scientists, engineers, and business partners, thusempoweringthem to make faster, smarterdecisions.Convert business and technical problemsinto product features.What We're Looking ForExperience (3+ years) in product management or adjacentroles in SW development or data science, driving products in complex technical domains.Strong quantitative skills: Youthink in numbers. You’reconfidentusing data to analyse system performance, identify patterns, and make toughprioritisationdecisions.Analytical and structuredmindset: You decompose complexityintoactionable insights, definemeasurable success criteria, and communicate with clarity.Technical fluency: You’recomfortablediscussing tech and analyticscontent with engineers and data scientists.Adaptability, curiosity, proactivity: Youthrive on learning, adjusting, and improving in a fast-movingenvironment.Nice-to-haveDirect experience in technical roles (data science, SW engineering)Global mindset: Experience workingacross countries or multi-market products.Language skills: Business proficiency in Italian or Spanish, in addition to English.Technical foundation: Familiarity with SQL, programming, or software architectureis a plus — it helps youspeak the samelanguageasyour partners.Why you’ll love it hereWe want to make Prima a happy and empowering place to work.
