ADMINISTRATIVE/PLANNING ASSOCIATEMilanPQE: 3-5 years PQE Area of Expertise: Private PracticeAn opportunity for an Italian-qualified lawyer to work on complex real estate and development matters, combining administrative and planning law with exposure to high-value domestic and international transactions.
The role covers regulatory due diligence, planning and zoning, permits and authorisations, urban development, dealings with public authorities and public procurement. There will also be opportunities to support selected corporate and commercial matters.
The ideal candidate is a lawyer with experience in administrative law, particularly planning, permitting and real estate-related regulatory matters. Experience in public procurement or corporate transactions would be an advantage.
Strong drafting and analytical skills, fluent Italian and advanced English are essential. The successful candidate will be confident, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of matters with a high degree of autonomy and limited supervision, while working collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
