We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Spa Therapist to join our pre-opening team and lead the daily operations of our intimate and elegant Spa.The role will report to the Head Therapist & Spa Supervisor.Conveniently located adjacent to Rome Termini Station and a short distance from the Colosseum, the 238-room Hyatt Regency Rome Central is a contemporary 5-star hotel offering premium business services and one of Italy’s most dazzling leisure rooftop experiences.The hotel is featuring a SPA, 5 food & beverages outlets and more than 1000 sqm events venues.Main duties and responsibilities:Provide high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials and body therapies, following brand standardsEnsure a warm, welcoming and relaxing environment for all guestsTailor treatments to guest needs, delivering a personalised wellness experiencePromote spa services and retail products with a professional and customer-centric approachMaintain treatment rooms, equipment and overall spa cleanliness and hygieneCollaborate with the Spa Manager and team to ensure smooth daily operationsSupport the pre-opening activities, contributing to set-up, standards and proceduresRequirements:Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in 5* star hotels or premium wellness centresProfessional certification in massage therapy and aestheticsStrong knowledge of spa treatments, massage techniques and wellness productsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGuest-oriented attitude with high attention to detailAbility to work in a dynamic, pre-opening environmentFlexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidaysWhat we offer:A stimulating and collaborative work environment in a 5-star hotel.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary package.Room discounts available worldwide within the Hyatt portfolio.✨Join our pre-opening team to build strong memories togetherWe’re committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that values diversity and equal opportunity.
