This role involves developing automated test capabilities, selecting tools, and defining processes for efficient and effective testing;Write software (C++, C, Python) for objective, reproducible and maintainable automated tests and development of tools for qualification and integration;Explore different solution approaches to achieve the best result;Design, implement and optimize chosen solutions;Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in an international, multidisciplinary, and Agile environment;Review code and mentor (junior) engineers;Share your expertise to elevate the team, quality, and processes;Advisor and sparring partner for customers and stakeholders and inspiring others to strive for quality .What do we offer you?Challenging and innovative projects;A focus on training and coaching;A friendly and fun company culture with team outings and events;A permanent contract and position with a competitive salary (€50,000 – €70,000 per year);An inspiring office environment with fresh fruit and fitness facilities;Flexible working hours and hybrid work options for a healthy work-life balance.What do you bring?A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems or similar;At least 7 years of experience in software development with Python and C/C++ in the high-tech domain;Experience with software testing for complex embedded systems;Preferably experience with end-to-end test automation, continuous integration and setting up and maintaining ROBOT test framework;You are a team player, solution-oriented, and proactive;Motivation to continuously improve yourself and develop new skills;A good command of English, and preferably Dutch language.Diversity & InclusionAt TOPIC, we believe that diversity, equality, and inclusion are essential for innovation and success.
