OverviewThe Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a Welcome Services Coordinator, based at The Mall Firenze (FI), Italy, and reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.How you will contributeSupervise daily operations and provide feedback to every member of the team, in order to deliver an excellent customer serviceManage planning, shifts and holidays of the Welcome Lounge teamEnsure every member of the team maintains adequate standards of grooming and acts accordingly to company policies, contributing to the creation of a positive work environmentManage staff uniforms and IT equipmentManage talent performance and conduct one‑to‑one meetings according to HR guidelinesContribute to the enhancement of the services already available and promote the development of new ones in order to enrich the customer experienceAct as the touch‑point for clients visiting The Mall Luxury Outlets, welcoming them and acting as personal shopper on requestTrack individual travelers and groups, using The Mall Luxury Outlets digital toolsEnsure that client requests received via email and phone are promptly followed up, liaising with Tourism Marketing TeamLiaise with TMLO partners to ensure the best services standards are metMonitor In‑Mall image and its consistency with TMLO guidelines, updating the Marketing team on a periodic basisPromote and sell The Mall Luxury Outlets Collection, contributing to the storytelling of merchandising and tracking sales and client feedbackContribute to the development of The Mall Luxury Outlets loyalty program, engaging clients in subscription and points accumulation, and managing rewards redemptionWho you arePassionate about luxury hospitalityAn organized, yet flexible multi‑tasking personA team leader with at least 4 years of guest services experience, preferably in a luxury environment, capable of managing a big teamA professional with proven relational skillsA fluent English and Italian speaker – any additional language will be considered a plusA team player willing to be part of a larger group with common goalsA proactive person, with a positive approachProficient user of MS Office SuiteWhy work with usThis is an excellent opportunity to join The Mall Luxury Outlets’s adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth, giving a significant personal contribution and becoming part of a thriving team in a luxury fashion environment that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
