We create value for shareholders at an extraordinary rate while adhering to high ethical standards.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and take charge of company-wide events and team-building activities (from brainstorming to research, logistics, and on-site inspections).Propose initiatives to develop the company culture, including organizing events for Spooners and their families.Be the reference point for all types of requests, ensuring everything works smoothly for our on-site and remote Spooners.Provide support to new Spooners during relocation and onboarding.QualificationsReasoning ability. You solve complex problems from first principles, structure ideas sharply, resist biases, and focus on the details that matter.Drive. You’re extremely ambitious, initiative-driven, effort and tenacity match the intensity of your ambition, and you hold yourself to a high and rising bar.Team spirit. You give generously without expecting in return, support the best idea, are reliable, honest, and transparent, and you’re always happy to get your hands dirty to help your team.Proficiency in English. You read, write, and speak proficiently in English.On-site presence. Typical annual salary starts at £47,660 in London and €46,027 elsewhere in Europe, growing rapidly with experience.
