Location:Ruby Giulia, a 164-room hotel in Rome, near the Via Nazionale, between the main station and the Form Romana. The property offers a glamorous roof terrace and access to Rome’s historic city centre. We are a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces and ongoing projects. ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact for guests to make them feel at home from arrival to the last drink, combining multitasking with hospitality excellence. Support guests with self-check-in and take on additional front desk responsibilities as needed. Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks with skillful service, ensuring smooth operations. Oversee the breakfast buffet in the morning and showcase barista skills to wow guests. Assist with goods receiving, inspection, and storage, maintaining mise-en-place according to setups and standards. Share insider tips with guests, highlighting the best local hotspots. QualificationsIdeally some experience in the hotel industry; familiarity with mise-en-place is a plus, but not required. Flexible and ready to work in shifts. Reliable, able to multitask, and willing to learn. Empathetic, enthusiastic, and a great team player who enjoys guest interaction. Fluent in Italian and English.
