Job Description Per un’importante realtà industriale , stiamo cercando un Plant Quality Manager nei pressi BRA (CN) , con consolidata esperienza nella gestione della qualità di stabilimento e nel coordinamento di team multifunzionali. La risorsa guiderà le attività di controllo qualità, miglioramento dei processi e interfaccia con clienti e fornitori, contribuendo a garantire elevati standard qualitativi e l’ottimizzazione dei costi legati alla qualità. Responsabilità principali: Coordinare il team qualità dello stabilimento, incluse attività di incoming, laboratorio e conformità di prodotti e processi. Interfacciarsi con stakeholder interni ed esterni, inclusi clienti, fornitori e audit. Monitorare KPI di qualità e implementare strategie per minimizzare problemi di field quality. Guidare progetti di miglioramento continuo e piani correttivi complessi. Gestire audit di certificazione (IATF, ISO, cliente) e contribuire al mantenimento degli standard. Applicare metodologie di problem solving e analisi statistica dei processi produttivi. Promuovere la standardizzazione e la diffusione delle best practice in azienda. Requisiti Requisiti: Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili, preferibilmente in contesti OEM o automotive. Conoscenza della normativa IATF 16949:2016 e degli standard ISO. Capacità di gestire team e progetti complessi, con forte orientamento ai risultati. Ottime doti comunicative e attitudine al problem solving. Iscrizione alle liste delle Categorie Protette (L. 68/99). Buone capacità di analisi e problem solving. Ottima padronanza degli strumenti informatici e dei principali software di progettazione. Spiccate capacità relazionali, attitudine al lavoro in team e orientamento al risultato.
