Develop PL business in geographic areas or with specific customers. Promote WT products to end customers and OEMs, securing favorable specifications and commercial terms. Generate OI and profitability targets for your region/customers. Manage end-to-end commercial processes: business development, market opportunity identification, product promotion with Marketing, tendering strategies (including target pricing and competitive intel), tender approvals, offer submissions, negotiations, customer governance (e.g., QBRs), and intelligence on customers/competitors. Oversee order intake and participate in PL sales governance, prioritization, and strategy. Provide input to Product Management and R&D governance. Create and maintain PL tenders in CRM. What do we want to know about you? Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in business development for product lines in industrial or technical sectors (e.g., with OEMs and end customers).
