Full Stack Developer AVR Techprovides IT services to public administrations and enterprises, specializing in web and mobile application development, GIS, mobile mapping, and infrastructure technology consulting. With over 25 professionals, AVR Tech offers innovative, sustainable solutions tailored to the tertiary sector.Position: Full Stack Developer inFirenze , part of theTechnology & Engineeringmarket within theBU Technology — UO Product Development . The role focuses on analyzing user requests, developing backend and frontend components, supporting users, and documenting solutions to standardize internal processes and produce market‑ready software packages.ResponsibilitiesCollecting and analyzing user requirements.Interacting with data source owners.Modifying and customizing software tools.Developing backend and frontend application components.Providing advanced user support.Authoring functional and technical documents, including user manuals.QualificationsGood knowledge of Angular and/or React for web portal development.Strong command of JS, Node.js, HTML, Typescript, Express, GraphQL‑Apollo, SQL.Experience creating SOAP Web Services and related WSDL.Knowledge of the PRISMA framework.Basic knowledge of RDBMS, preferably PostgreSQL.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).Experience with Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Git.Proven work experience of at least 3 years as a Full Stack developer across multiple medium‑to‑high complexity projects.English level A2–B1.Excellent communication, teamwork, time‑management, dynamism, proactivity, precision, flexibility, curiosity, and openness to discussion.Nice to HaveExperience with Tailwind, NGINX, MongoDB, PostGIS, CSS.Other Information Sede di Lavoro:Firenze.Disponibilità a trasferte:Occasional nationwide travel.Orario di lavoro:Full‑time (39 h per week) Monday to Friday.RAL:35K – 50K, commensurate with experience.We offer a dynamic and flexible working environment with opportunities forsmart workingwhere appropriate.
