We are looking for a Global Project Manager for a strategic and international project within a leading industrial company. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate complex, cross-functional technical projects supporting the company’s technological and production development. Location: Pavia, with availability for international travel across Europe and overseas. Main responsibilities Lead strategic projects of technological and production development: new plants, relocations, machinery, extensions of existing lines. Coordinate international teams and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality objectives. Manage the entire project life cycle, from start-up to post-project analysis, according to PMO methodologies. Promote process standardization and continuous improvement at a global level. Provide technical and methodological support to production teams. Technical skills and requirements Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering. At least 5 years of experience in managing complex technical projects or industrial processes. Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Smartsheet/Microsoft Project, Minitab, Power BI. Lean/6 Sigma Black Belt certification appreciated. Excellent knowledge of Italian and English. Why join us?
