Move with us for a better worldYour RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Digital & Customer Success Specialist to ensure a successful activation of Technogym Digital Ecosystem proactively supporting the Client in achieving Success on the most suitable KPIs. You will generate Best Practices on Customer Success that can support the sales team in maximizing product penetration and you will contribute to maximize the number of people actively using the mywellness cloud platform exploiting any upsell opportunity on software devices and services (e.g. consulting).Your ImpactGuide new customers through onboarding setup and training to ensure effective adoption and understanding of the product or service.Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with customers to understand their goals challenges and success criteria.Proactively engage with customers through multiple channels to monitor satisfaction provide support and collect feedback.Educate customers on product features updates and best practices to help them maximize value and achieve desired outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales marketing product support) to deliver seamless and consistent customer experience.Address and resolve customer issues promptly ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.Manage customer accounts including renewals upsells and cross-sells to drive growth and meet revenue targets.Monitor usage and adoption data to identify at-risk accounts and develop proactive retention strategies.Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends areas for improvement and opportunities for product enhancement.Develop customer success plans training materials and documentation to support long-term engagement and product utilization.Promote customer advocacy by identifying satisfied clients for testimonials case studies and referrals contributing to brand reputation and growth.About YouIdeally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical.
