Head of Marketing CSL Seqirus Commercial Italy CSL Seqirus ResponsibilitiesStrategy:Responsible for the development of brand strategies, value proposition and marketing plans ensuring the tactical execution of the plan in Italy. Set brand objectives for CSL Seqirus products that align with overall business objectives. Develop communications strategy and cross‑functional activity plan for target segments/customers. Lead the execution of marketing tactics, obtain approval through appropriate copy‑clearance committees and ensure full compliance with the CSL Seqirus SOP on promotional materials. Manage relationships with advertising agencies and provide feedback on copy and creatives to keep them consistent with the brand promise and strategy. Drive congress execution, partnering with external agencies on booth development, logistics, key customer events, symposiums and product presentations. Monitor short and long‑term market trends that impact brand, continuously identifying opportunities and gaps to feed into strategic and tactical brand plans. Develop KPIs, measure impact of programs on revenue (ROI) and other objectives, and ensure the best SoV of CSL Seqirus within Digital Ecosystems.Growth Delivery:Partner with the sales team at national/regional/local level to achieve growth and hit sales targets. Support the implementation of a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence. Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers, opinion leaders and other groups influencing the health system. Support the Customer Service and Tender Team to capture and respond to customer feedback and requests in a timely manner. Monitor customer satisfaction to ensure experience aligns with brand promise. Drive the setup, deployment and maintenance of a customized CRM to streamline marketing and field activities.Analysis & Digital Transformation:Perform ad‑hoc analysis of market data and sales performance, as needed. Monitor competitive intelligence and competitor activities, making appropriate recommendations. Develop and implement the digital transformation strategy in CSL Seqirus Italy. Partner with Medical Affairs, Regional and National Access & KAMs teams to ensure business‑objective alignment. Support the development and execution of portfolio‑based programs, ensuring alignment of marketing and medical strategies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver Strategic Plan, regional plans and other portfolio‑related activities. Coordinate with Demand Planning for accurate rolling forecasts and inventory monitoring during sales seasons. Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs on in‑country batch release processes.Communications & Finance:Deliver oral and written communications, develop presentations for commercial management, the sales force and other stakeholders. Support all aspects of promotional expense management, ensuring budget compliance. Ensure compliance with Procurement policies of external agencies.Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Life Sciences or Business/Marketing. MBA a plus. English proficiency. 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry, mostly in commercial roles. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations. Experience in leading and managing teams. Experience in successful product launches.
