In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping transformative AI products that will redefine how shoppers and viewers engage with Ads. Key Job ResponsibilitiesManage financial and operational performance metrics for the business (e.g., weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews). Partner with Creative formats and creative optimization product team to anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances; develop action plans; measure and analyze initiatives and results; identify and drive growth and improvement opportunities. Support growth of the advertising business by evaluating and understanding shopper and advertiser needs and value drivers, supporting strategic initiatives, and forecasting high‑impact growth strategies. Basic Qualifications3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience. 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses. 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes. Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence.Preferred Qualifications4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market.
