La risorsa lavoreràon-site presso il cliente per circa 12 mesi , ricoprendo un ruolo chiave diRecruiter e HR Generalist , per poi rientrare nella nostra sede di Bologna e proseguire il percorso di crescita all’interno dell’azienda.Principali attivitàGestione end-to-end dei processi direcruiting , in particolare su profili tecnici/ingegneristici: colloqui, short list e onboardingAffiancamento all’HR Manager e supporto alla gestione amministrativa (documentazione specifica, turni, etc.)Supporto ai manager e alle risorse umane interne al cliente nella definizione dei fabbisogniCoordinamento con il team HR interno e reportisticaAttività diHR Generalist(supporto operativo, relazione con dipendenti e manager, processi HR)Esperienza minima di2 anniin ambito HR/Recruiting/RPOPreferibile esperienza incontesti consulenziali o presso clienteConoscenza dei processi di gestione delle risorse umane in plant produttiviBuone capacità relazionali e organizzativa, con focus sulla gestione delle risorse umaneConoscenza della lingua inglese – livello B2Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio italianoOrario di lavoro:Full timeSede di lavoro:Centro Italia | BolognaCandidati a questo annuncio o invia il tuo Curriculum a Scopri di più sulle posizioni aperte sul nostro sito:
