In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our connected systems, providing high-level technical support to our customers globally.What you will doTroubleshooting : effectively analyze and solve technical issues related to our IoT systems, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions;Customer Technical Support : provide technical assistance, both internally and externally, to our partners and customers by guiding them in troubleshooting and optimal system configuration;System integration : collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure the optimal integration of our products with DAB digital services and other systems and platforms operating in the field of local supervision;Data analysis : analyze data collected from IoT systems to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement;Continuous improvement : collect feedback from customers and internal users to identify areas for improvement and propose new features;Training and communication : provide technical training to both colleagues and customers on the functionalities of our DAB digital services and the best practices for the use of our IoT systems;Verification and validation : configure and manage test setups to validate our IoT solutions before they are released to the market, ensuring proper operation and alignment with quality requirements;Global and cross-functional collaboration : work closely with development, project management, sales and customer success teams internationally to ensure project success and customer satisfaction;Documentation : draw up and maintain technical documentation related to IoT systems.WHO you areBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or similar;Experienced in the integration and management of IoT and IoT Edge systems, with a deep knowledge of the dynamics of integration between devices and operating flows;Problem solving and troubleshooting skills;Good in communication and eager to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams;Customer and quality-oriented approach;Able to work with the main cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, etc.) and related technologies;Good at using data monitoring and analysis tools;Good at using industrial field communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, etc.);Fluent in English, both written and spoken.What you will find – A place where you can growFlexible working practices in a dynamic workplace;Distributed leadership encouraging a “can do” attitude;Global and multicultural environment;Continuous learning approach;International cross-functional teamsWe promote and support an inclusive culture, encouraging workforce diversity.
