Contract Site Manager – Predictive Maintenance and Reliability Services The individual will autonomously coordinate and supervise all activities outlined in the framework contract for predictive maintenance, lubrication, and performance analysis of rotating machinery in a refinery environment. The Site Manager will be the technical and operational point of reference for the client, ensuring service quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. Main Contract Responsibilities Continuous monitoring of safety, quality, and environmental impact Planning and supervision of activities including: Predictive maintenance (vibration, thermography) Lubrication and oil analysis Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), identifying failure causes and proposing solutions in collaboration with engineering Minor mechanical maintenance Training of operational staff and support for technical team development Maintenance of vibration database and condition monitoring software The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and autonomously managing the predictive and preventive maintenance service based on client needs, training the team on operational activities, especially those related to vibration analysis (correct sensor placement, fault diagnosis, misalignment, etc.) 10 years of experience in condition monitoring, reliability, and industrial maintenance ~ ISO 18436 CAT2 certification (vibration analysis) ~ Training for working in confined spaces will be considered a plus ~ Good command of English (written and spoken) ~ Vibration analysis IR thermography on compressors and critical components Knowledge of RCFA methodologies and failure cause analysis Laser alignment and field balancing Condition monitoring software and database management Technical report writing and KPI analysis Ability to motivate and train the team Client and quality orientation Placement in a highly qualified technical team Continuous training and certification opportunities
