With just 8 highly curated rooms, the property affords an air of exclusivity and mystique hardly equaled in Italy and perhaps the world.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members and must be accustomed to working for demanding clients in a high-paced and international environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction to a team of peopleManage operations including suppliers and client relationsRecruit and train new hires on business practicesDrive development of employees and businessEnsure that quality of service is maintained and improvedQualificationsManagement and Customer Service experienceStrong administrative skillsDemonstrated ability to leadComfort working in an international environment with top-level clienteleStrong communications skillsRequired SkillsIf you love organising to create and delivering amazing experiences to a fascinating clientele this may be the role for you.
