OverviewMagda Butrym is looking for a Freelance Fabric Manager/Sourcer to support our creative team in sourcing and selecting fabrics that align with our seasonal mood-boards and collection needs.ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the Creative Director and design studio to understand the seasonal mood and material direction.Sourcing fabrics that match our creative vision, aesthetic, and technical requirements.Coordination with fabric suppliers to request samples, prices, and lead times.Building and maintaining a small, curated fabric library for each season.Ensuring the timely delivery of fabric samples for the design and product development teams.Briefing production team on seasonal fabrics and supporting the department in communication with suppliers.QualificationsStrong knowledge of textiles and fabric sourcingOrganized, proactive, and good at communicationAble to work independently as a freelancerNo less than 4 years of experience working for leading fashion brandsUnderstanding of Magda Butrym brand aestheticAbility to work under time pressureWorking proficiency in EnglishWhy work with usMagda Butrym offers a great opportunity to become part of one of the fastest developing high fashion brands.
