Key Responsibilities Lead technical aspects of the sales cycle, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and project management of proof‑of‑concepts in partnership with internal teams, customers, and commercial partners. Listen actively to customer needs, interpret technical requirements, and design solutions that deliver exceptional value. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners, working closely with sales colleagues. Continuously expand knowledge of Fortinet products and solutions, while maintaining awareness of the competitive landscape and evolving cybersecurity threats. Communicate effectively with customers in person and remotely, using presentations, whiteboarding, technical papers, and discussions.
