Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is part of Danaher, working alongside five other Diagnostics Companies. Together, we aim to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools addressing major health challenges. We are currently hiring a Field Service Engineer (Emilia Romagna) . This role involves servicing, repairing, and installing products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. The engineer diagnoses system failures and determines cost-effective solutions, escalating complex issues as needed. The role requires critical thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, and empathy with customers, colleagues, and partners. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical customer support and on-site assistance. Escalate complex issues to higher technical support levels. Respond to customer support calls within the assigned territory. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma; proficient in English is mandatory. Willingness to travel; driving license required. Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Italian. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
