Se ti appassiona il mondo dei pagamenti digitali e vuoi contribuire all’evoluzione di prodotti di incasso, questo ruolo è un’ottima occasione per crescere.Entrerai a far parte del team di prodotto e verrai accompagnato in un percorso di crescita progressivo, con l’obiettivo di sviluppare nel tempo le competenze necessarie per diventare un Product Owner In-Store capace di governare soluzioni con una visione completa (tecnica, operativa, commerciale e di customer experience).Sotto la guida del Product Owner, sarai coinvolto in attività quali:Scouting del mercato e analisi concorrenzaIntegrazione tecnica e operativaMonitoraggio KPIIn particolare, ti occuperai di:Studiare e comprendere il funzionamento dei prodotti POS e Cashin (architettura, flussi, integrazioni, stakeholder) e contribuire alla documentazione di prodotto destinata alle funzioni interne.Supportare le funzioni operative nella gestione delle attività legate ai clienti.Affiancare la rete commerciale e/o i clienti nelle fasi di analisi, start-up, integrazione e go-live, coordinando team interni ee esterni nello sviluppo dei delle soluzioni/prodotti.Supportare il Product Owner nella definizione di nuovi prodotti In-Store e nell’evoluzione funzionale di quelli esistenti.Monitorare KPI di prodotto e indicatori operativi per individuare opportunità di miglioramento, ottimizzazione dei processi e incremento della redditività.Cosa fa di te la persona che stiamo cercando:Laurea preferibilmente in ambito economico, ingegneristico, informatico o simili.Forte interesse per pagamenti digitali, POS, fintech e soluzioni retail.Attitudine analitica e attenzione ai processi.Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali• Spirito di squadra, proattività e senso di responsabilità.Conoscenza di base di concetti tecnologici (API, integrazioni, sistemi software) è un plusConoscenza di strumenti di Project / Product Management (es. Jira, Confluence) è un plus.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Mentoring continuo da parte di figure senior.Coinvolgimento reale su prodotti in uso sul mercato.Formazione continua su prodotto, tecnologia e metodologie.Ambiente di lavoro cross-funzionale (Prodotto, IT, Operations, Commerciale, Compliance).Opportunità di lavorare su soluzioni che impattano direttamente l’esperienza di pagamento dei merchant.#J-18808-Ljbffr
