Overviewstrategia, scrittura e gestione operativa dei progetti di comunicazione. Una figura capace di coordinare team (grafica / video), gestire interlocutori anche istituzionali e trasformare brief in contenuti chiari, coerenti ed efficaci.ResponsabilitàIdeazione e scrittura di piani di comunicazione: obiettivi, target, messaggi, canali, output.Gestione operativa di progetti: raccolta esigenze cliente, briefing, organizzazione attività, timing e deliverable.Produzione di contenuti per social (post, caption, claim, script brevi per reel) anche in contesti istituzionali.Realizzazione e coordinamento della produzione contenuti.Coordinamento di operatori video interni / esterni, revisioni e controllo qualità.Presenza a eventi quando necessario: riprese con smartphone e montaggio reel.Competenze e requisitiEsperienza o competenze solide su piani di comunicazione.Capacità di gestire team e fornitori; brief, feedback, consegne.Ottime competenze di scrittura e sensibilità al tone of voice, anche in contesti istituzionali.Disponibilità a trasferte su Roma e, quando richiesto, in Italia; frequenza variabile in base ai progetti.Conoscenza base dei principali tool per grafiche e video (Canva e / o Adobe, strumenti di editing video).Formazione: Laurea (o percorso equivalente) in ambiti come Scienze della Comunicazione, Relazioni Pubbliche. Preferibile aver seguito formazione su comunicazione digitale, content strategy, social media, video editing.Esperienza su progetti con PA / istituzioni.Uso di strumenti di project management (Basecamp / Trello / Notion o simili).Approccio data-informed (KPI / insight social anche base).CondizioniSede e modalità: Roma — lavoro in sede.Contratto: da definire in base all’esperienza.Avviso di lavoroCreare un avviso di lavoro per questa ricerca.#J-18808-Ljbffr
