By joining the Cyber&Tech Risk Team, you will work with our information governance experts, who focus on innovation and adopt a risk‑based approach, with functional experience in specific business sectors. Specifically, you will join the Milan team and be responsible for: Designing and implementing best‑of‑breed and market‑leading technological solutions in Identity and Access Management Managing, analyzing, and planning the evolution of IAM solutions in a medium/large context Designing and implementing Identity & Access Management architectures and the following topics: Single Sign‑On, Multi‑Factor Authentication, Federation (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC), One‑Time‑Password, Identity Governance, account provisioning and reconciliation across multiple targets, password management (reset, recovery, self‑service, synchronization, etc.), and role‑based access control (RBAC) Designing, implementing, and managing solutions for privileged account governance (PAM) Designing, implementing, and managing Identity Governance solutions, including defining and implementing custom workflows to manage the user lifecycle, account provisioning/deprovisioning, application integration, and workflow creation. You will be involved in both national and international projects, collaborating with highly qualified professionals, and working closely with our clients in the Financial Services sector, including banks, insurance companies, and investment firms, contributing to IT risk management, governance, audits, privacy, and cybersecurity. Come As You Are – Your Skills and Characteristics This opportunity is perfect for you if: You have 2-4 years of experience, preferably in consulting firms, in IAM, IAG, PAM; You have a good knowledge of at least one of the following technologies: Okta Forgerock Cyber Ark Sail Point One Identity Saviynt You have obtained at least one certification related to the aforementioned technologies; You have knowledge of LDAP (e.g., MS Active Directory, etc.); You have basic knowledge of operating systems (*nx, Microsoft); You have basic knowledge of database technologies (MSSQL, Oracle, My SQL); You have a strong understanding of IAM best practices, security and compliance requirements, and experience with other IAM technologies such as Active Directory, Single Sign‑On, PAM, and Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA); You hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, Computer Engineering, or Cybersecurity; You have a good command of the English language, preferably supported by study and/or work experience abroad.
