Overview We are launching a new growth engine for Paradox, an AI‑powered operating system for human greatness. This full‑time role can be worked remotely or from our offices in Dubai or Lisbon, and French and English fluency is required. Key Responsibilities Continuously assess and refine offer‑market fit, reposition, or shut down offers based on evidence. Architect and launch funnels and campaigns, including tracking setup, flow validation, and budget scaling. Lead relentless CRO & A/B testing, designing, launching, analyzing, and iterating experiments on headlines, pricing, offers, and user journeys. Explore and scale new acquisition channels, review and brief content teams on ad performance, and identify winning angles. Design, optimize, and monitor growth loops across product, retention, referral, and content. Manage the growth team (paid, copy, web, PMM), set performance standards, source talent, and build a high‑performing squad. Work closely with sales to align lead quality, prioritize high‑intent appointments, and maintain a profitable funnel. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally in Saa S, e‑commerce, or digital products. Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B or multivariate tests that delivered measurable revenue or conversion increases. Proficiency in GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Amplitude, and related experimentation and analytics tools. Fluent in French (native/bilingual) and English (spoken and written). Writing communication is in English. Desired Outcomes Achieve conversion rates 2× better than baseline. Continuously run growth experiments at scale. Build a predictable, data‑driven growth engine. Tools to Master GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and other emerging analytics/test tools. Track KPIs: LTV/CAC ratio, funnel conversion rates, experiments launched per week. Personality & Competencies Growth Diagnosis & System Thinking. Persuasion & Behavioral Insight.
