The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in advising and assisting clients in the procurement and selection of contractors.
Responsibilities include drafting, signing, and executing agreements, ensuring all processes are seamless and compliant with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities Advise clients on contractor procurement and selection.
Draft, review, and execute agreements related to real estate development.
Conduct in-depth analysis of health and safety regulations at construction sites and workplaces.
Collaborate with the real estate investment team on transactions including acquisitions, sales, leases, and real estate funds.
Skills and Experience Required Proven experience in real estate development or a related field.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction and workplace environments.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough research and present findings.
