Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/d) – Alpitronic Location: Bolzano, Trentino‑Alto Adige, Italy Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including supply, distribution, licensing, and partnership contracts with IP provisions. Provide legal advice on legal risks and opportunities in contractual matters to internal stakeholders across the organization. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies in all contractual relationships. Manage the contract lifecycle from negotiation through execution and implementation. Support business development and commercial initiatives with strategic legal guidance and training. Identify and mitigate contractual risks. Maintain templates and playbooks. Qualifications & Skills Degree in Law. Previous years of professional experience as a lawyer or in‑house counsel in an internationally operating company or as an attorney‑at‑law. Strong understanding of commercial (sales and after‑sales) contracts in a technical environment, preferably in the electro‑engineering field. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements. Solid knowledge of intellectual property law and IP provisions in commercial contracts. Proven business acumen: identify, assess, and mitigate contractual business problems and risks, addressing them and developing balanced solutions in the interests of the company. Excellent knowledge in English, both written and spoken; Italian and/or German are an advantage.
