Someone who speaks both data and persuasion fluently, and leverages AI tools daily to generate hypotheses, build assets, and accelerate iteration speed.

Conversion Architect, skilled at diagnosing funnel bottlenecks and translating data into structured experimentation roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Behavioral Strategist, fascinated by what drives human action, able to mix cognitive psychology, UX, and persuasion frameworks to design experiences that convert because they resonate.
Data‑driven Creator, fluent in GA4, Hotjar, AB Tasty, VWO, Amplitude, not just running tests, but connecting insights to revenue, retention, and lifetime value.
This is a full‑time position, carried out remotely or from our beautiful offices in Dubai or Lisbon.
