How you’ll make a difference Lead technical design and implementation of ERP solutions on Dynamics 365 F&SC. Collaborate with functional consultants and developers to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions. Analyze business requirements and define technical architectures aligned with best practices. Oversee integrations with other Microsoft technologies and third‑party systems. Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through adoption and optimization of ERP platforms. Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards across all deliverables. Take ownership of technical roadmap and contribute to solution governance. Develop and customize modules, extensions, and integrations when needed. Perform troubleshooting and performance optimization to ensure system reliability. Mentor team members and contribute to their technical growth. Stay updated on Microsoft certifications and emerging technologies. Contribute to broader projects across the Microsoft technology stack, including cloud, data, AI, and innovative solutions that enable digital transformation. What we’re looking for Proven experience in Dynamics 365 F&SC and/or Dynamics AX (On‑Premises and Cloud). Strong knowledge of ERP processes, especially Finance and Supply Chain. Ability to design and implement customizations and integrations. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and lead technical discussions. Flexibility to work on diverse projects and occasional travel. Enthusiasm for new challenges and continuous learning. Fluent in English (B2 level or higher). What we would consider a plus Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies. Familiarity with other Microsoft platforms and technologies (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, Office 365). Strong analytical thinking and solid organizational skills. Positive attitude, good communication skills, and flexibility in dynamic environments.
