About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer to take ownership of the full design process for hydraulic systems and components — from concept through to production.
You will play a key role in shaping innovative solutions, improving existing designs, and ensuring every project meets technical, manufacturing, and customer requirements.
This is a great opportunity to work on challenging, impactful projects in a collaborative environment where your ideas will directly influence our products and customer success.
What You’ll Do:
Design, update, and maintain 2 D/3 D models and technical drawings.
Drive multiple complex projects simultaneously, from ideation to delivery.
Ensure all designs comply with manufacturing standards, technical specifications, and customer needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Continuously seek improvements in design efficiency, quality, and reliability.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical background).
Proven experience in CAD with strong proficiency in Solid Works.
Solid understanding of hydraulic systems and mechanical design principles.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities to work effectively in a team and with stakeholders.
