Positions Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented 3 D technical artist who ensures our scanned assets meet highest quality standards for simulation, gaming and AI training.
You'll work closely with production teams and developers to identify patterns, refine workflows, and elevate overall quality.If you have an eye for detail in PBR workflows, enjoy collaborating to solve quality challenges, and want to shape production standards at scale - this is for you.

Responsibilities Establish and enforce quality standards for 3 D scanned assets (geometry, materials, textures)Perform systematic quality checks on production assets at scaleOptimize post-production workflows for efficiency and consistencyIdentify patterns in quality issues and work with developers to address root causesCollaborate with production artists to share feedback and refine techniquesOptimize post-production workflows for efficiency and consistencyDocument quality standards and best practices
Qualification 3+ years experience in 3 D production, pipeline engineering, or related fieldtechnical understanding of 3 D geometry and PBR materialsProficiency in 3 D software (Substance Painter, Blender, Substance, or similar)C++ experience or willingness to learn for pipeline integrationDetail-oriented mindset - you spot issues others missworking proficiency in EnglishNice to have Experience with 3 D scanning or photogrammetry workflowsKnowledge of procedural workflows and automation toolsKnowledge of texture optimization and cleanup techniquesExperience mentoring or training other artistsBackground working in collaborative, fast-paced production environments
