Allora qui di seguito troverai le tue responsabilità nel nostro reparto di IT:
Sarai referente autonomo nel supporto di primo livello dell'intero Gruppo ACS, dalle richieste più piccole a quelle più grandi
Supporterai i nostri amministratori senior con richieste di secondo e terzo livello e con progetti più completi: tutto ciò ti fornirà le prime informazioni su infrastrutture più grandi e complesse
Aiuterai il team a gestire l'intero sistema dei client, dalla fornitura dell'hardware all'amministrazione automatizzata, tramite l'Endpoint Management System
Ti occuperai sia della documentazione tecnica, sia della manutenzione di manuali
Hai un pensiero analitico e sei orientato alla risoluzione di problemi
Esperienza professionale in qualità di sistemista/gestore di infrastrutture IT
Conoscenze dei sistemi operativi Microsoft, virtualizzazione, tecnologie e sicurezza di rete
Conoscenze in ambito Firewall, network Wired e Wifi su prodotti HPE e Aruba
Esperienza nella installazione e manutenzione di infrastrutture hardware
Sei disponibile a imparare nuove aree tematiche con le relative tecnologie
Sei amichevole e gentile, in grado di instaurare una buona relazione sia con i colleghi che con gli utenti
Buoni pasto giornalieri di euro 10 da utilizzare anche fuori orario lavorativo, tra le 8.00 di mattina e le 20.00 di sera
Corsi di formazione interni ed esterni con relative certificazioni atti a rendere sempre più competenti e soddisfatti i nostri collaboratori.
Possibilità di avere un percorso di crescita in ogni ruolo.
