III)NTU Internationalis preparing a proposal for the project“Cooperation Facility for the Philippines – Procurement of Technical Assistance to the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines.”In this context,NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior)to be mobilised on ashort-term, on-demand basisduring project implementation (48 months, expected start June 2026).
Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Philippines.Requirements:
Education:Degree in social sciences, gender studies, development studies, or related fields
General professional experience:Experience in inclusion or gender-related programmes
Specific professional experience:Gender equality, YTH engagement, social inclusion
