The open position is within the Medlogix Technical Office. We are seeking a hybrid professional who can effectively collaborate with both the Technical "Back Office" and the Clinical "Front Office." This role requires the ability to work on-site and, when necessary, travel on short notice to support field activities. Responsibilities include providing clinical training, supporting customers, and delivering product presentations. ● Coordinate production and logistics activities, reporting directly to the Technical Office Manager. ● Operate and understand the systems produced by the company so that you can: Provide technical training on the use of our systems and perform first-level support activities. Deliver technical assistance both remotely and on-site at customer centers. ● Perform software and hardware debugging on company equipment. ● Install Hyperthermia systems both in Italy and abroad. ● Contribute to the management of our warehouses and laboratories. ● Support the team in drafting and updating technical documentation for system users (User Manuals and Operating Manuals) and for technicians performing service activities (Service Manuals). ● Draft and update assembly and testing procedures for system modules and complete devices. ● Contribute to the preparation of documentation required for CE certification of new systems and the update of technical files of systems certified under Directive 93/42/EEC for their transition to MDR. You will also support the maintenance of the company's ISO 13485-compliant Quality System. ● Assist in preparing and updating the technical documentation required for device registration in non-EU countries. Relevant Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies Master's degree in Biomedical, Clinical Engineering, or a related field Strong ability to produce high-quality technical documentation Excellent written and spoken English Hands-on proficiency with hardware Experience: Preferred but not required References: Welcome but not mandatory Introduction Medlogix is a fast-growing, dynamic company that designs, manufactures, and markets cutting-edge Hyperthermia devices used by major cancer centers worldwide.
