The company is a global leader in the transformation of natural resources, with a strong focus on downstream oil & gas engineering, supported by robust technological and execution capabilities. Maire is also actively engaged in green chemistry and in the development of technologies that support the energy transition. We are currently seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join our team and support the Group Development Coordinator in defining and implementing strategic and operational guidelines across all Group companies. Design and implement training initiatives, including launch plans and internal communication campaigns to promote participation; Manage the Group’s training offering and activities, aligning them with development policies and organizational needs; Support the process of requesting and securing training funds through major inter-professional sectoral channels (e.g., Formazione Finanziata); Contribute to Employer Branding efforts, enhancing the Group’s reputation as an attractive employer. Demonstrated ability to manage development programs end-to-end : from design and planning to execution, monitoring, and delivery. Strong expertise in Project Management , with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. Advanced proficiency in analytics tools , with a data-driven approach to decision-making and strategic insight generation. Flexible and digitally oriented mindset , with a proactive attitude toward innovation and organizational change. Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse teams and stakeholders. Outstanding planning, organizational, and analytical skills , with attention to detail and prioritization. Fluent in English , with strong command of professional and technical language. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word).
