With integrated solutions across four key domains – telecom networks, IT, smart devices, and cloud services – we are committed to bringing digital to every person, home and organization for a fully connected, intelligent world.ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement B2 B maintenance solutions for network products in the IP (Datacom) domain.Reactive and preventive maintenance of telecommunications equipment, ensuring full functionality of the network.Perform network configuration and optimization using the latest technologies to achieve network stability and high performance.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical network issues, providing efficient solutions to maintain network stability.Provide technical support to clients, either independently or in collaboration with the support team, while coordinating project implementation and facilitating the adoption of new technologies.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in Internet Service Provider (ISP) network environments.Advanced routing and switching skills (comparable to HCNP/CCNP level or equivalent).Experience in managing maintenance service tickets, with the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet SLA targets and apply structured root‑cause analysis methodologies.Ability to produce clear technical documentation, including operational procedures and incident reports.Technical interface and communication skills, with experience in effectively liaising with client operation and engineering teams.Fluent in both Italian and English for effective collaboration with R&D teams.Availability for on‑call duty.Technical SkillsRouting Protocols: BGP/MP‑BGP, IS‑ISCore & Overlay Technologies: MPLS, LDP, MPLS VPN (L3 VPN), EVPN, IPsec Tunnels, Seamless MPLS, Pseudo‑Wire (PWE3)Infrastructure & Redundancy Protocols: IPv4/IPv6, VRRPNetwork Services: Qo S (Quality of Service)Link Technologies: Trunking (Ethernet)Nice to Have: Huawei Network EquipmentMetro Service Platform (PTN6900 Series)FTTN Routers (ATN Series)BRAS: BNG Huawei (ME60-X16)What We Offer We offer you an exciting professional career in one of the leading and fastest growing multinational telecommunication companies, challenging work and a competitive salary package.
