Let's see if you have what it takes to shine Your Mission Sales Master: It's not just about selling jewelry, it's about being the best You'll help our customers find the perfect piece, offering personalized service that exceeds their expectations. Purposeful Objectives: You'll work with KPIs, individual and group goals where your performance and that of your team will be key to our common success. We'll provide you with the necessary tools and celebrate every victory together. Team Leader: Build and develop a stellar team, promoting an environment of continuous learning, camaraderie, and motivation. You'll be the role model Space Care: Our store is our temple, and your role is crucial in keeping it impeccable: opening/closing, cleaning, visual merchandising, and much more. You won't get bored Stock and Inventory Management: Control stock with precision and proactive strategies to ensure the best sales. What Do We Offer?
