We are committed to transforming real-time data into actionable insights that enhance customer engagement and boost revenue.Position OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably within a multinational or tech company, and will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting the financial health of our EU operations.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting : Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with local regulations and company policies. Accounts Management : Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and payment of invoices. Budgeting and Forecasting : Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections. Tax Compliance : Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including the preparation and filing of tax returns. Audit Support : Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information. Reconciliation : Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and financial data. Expense Management : Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. Financial Analysis : Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings. Management of service providers : coordinate with payroll consultant and outside accounting firms. Process Improvement : Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems. Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including HR and operations, to ensure accurate financial reporting and support business initiatives. Required Skills & CompetenciesEducation:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or tech company. Technical Skills : Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Netsuite) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Regulatory Knowledge : Strong understanding of European (in particular Italy) accounting standards and tax regulations. Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Italian native speaker Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in other European languages is a plus. Time Management : Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
