Adecco Italia Sp A, specializzazione Financial Services, per importante Societa leader nelle soluzioni di automazione industriale ricerca un* Project Management Assistant da inserire in Apprendistato.
La risorsa affianchera i Project Manager nella gestione e nel coordinamento delle attivita legate ai progetti dei clienti, in particolare si occupera di: - pianificare ed eseguire progetti complessi, monitorando scadenze, risorse e obiettivi;- interfacciarsi quotidianamente con diversi reparti aziendali, come engineering, procurement, logistica e service;- preparare la documentazione, report e verbali, contribuendo al buon andamento delle riunioni e delle attivita di progetto;- supportare la comunicazione con i clienti e partecipare al monitoraggio dei rischi e delle attivita di controllo qualita.
Requisiti necessari:- Diploma di perito industriale con indirizzo automazione/elettronico, o indirizzo tecnico;- Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e Word;- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Completano il profilo le ottime capacita di comunicazione e di organizzazione, l'orientamento al cliente e l'approccio proattivo.
Si propone inserimento con contratto di Apprendistato Professionalizzante al 5° livello CCNL Commercio.
Sede di lavoro: Nova Milanese (MB), Zona Industriale.
