ASBIS Enterprises Plc is one of the leading distributors of Information and Communications Technology products and solutions in EMEA Emerging Markets. We are looking for an experienced Head of Retail for our Premium Stores of Consumer Electronics who will take full responsibility for the entire international retail network and store operations across multiple countries and premium brands. Key responsibilities: Define and lead the global premium retail strategy; Full ownership of performance across the international store network; Manage P& L, profitability, cost efficiency and key retail KPIs; Build, scale and optimize the global retail footprint (formats, locations, network); Ensure consistent execution of premium brand and customer experience standards; Lead retail operations across 5+ countries with markets at different maturity levels; Drive operational excellence, omnichannel integration and retail analytics; Lead new store openings, remodels and integration of new retail assets; Manage senior retail leaders: country directors and regional heads; Build high-performing international teams and a strong performance culture; Develop and manage strategic partnerships with premium brand vendors. Skills and qualifications: Relevant experience of 5+ years of senior leadership experience in premium/luxury/consumer electronics retail; Proven success managing large international retail networks; Experience working with premium global brands (luxury consumer electronics) is a strong advantage; Background in scaling retail networks, process unification, and operational transformation; Full P& L ownership and management of large budgets; Demonstrated success in multinational environments and global partnerships.
