Project Development & Sourcing Specialist Join to apply for the Project Development & Sourcing Specialist role at GRIFFON (Bolton Adhesives)We are looking for a Project Development & Sourcing Specialist to join our PSO team in our Beauty division, based in Milan.The expected outcome is to provide valuable analysis and project support that improve innovation portfolio delivery, supplier management and contribute to continuous cost optimization.How Your Agenda Looks LikeYou will be responsible for feasibility evaluation, cost definition and effective industrialization of new productsYou will coordinate interfunctional innovation project teams to launch new productsYou will coordinate internal functions and external suppliers/contractors to implement projects on time, in full, matching quality and cost standards.You will manage commercial relationships with suppliers/contractorsYour Team You’ll directly report to our Sourcing & Project Development Director Beauty.What Makes You a Great FitEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related fields is preferred.Work Experience: 1-3 years focused on project management and/or procurement activities and/or technical packaging - product developmentTechnical Skills: negotiations and project managementLocal language: both Italian and EnglishWhat’s In For YouWork location: Milan, ItalyContract type: PermanentWorking Hours: Full TimeRemote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options availableAbout Bolton Bolton is an Italian family‑owned fast‑moving consumer goods company with 10,500 people located across 60 offices, 17 production facilities, 10 R&D laboratories, and 14 fishing vessels worldwide.
