Stiamo cercando un professionista dedicato all'innovazione tecnologica e all'AI, che collaborerà con clienti leader in diversi settori, guidandoli nei loro percorsi di trasformazione digitale e tecnologica.

Il candidato ideale ha esperienza in consulenza strategica o tecnologica (o in aziende tech leader) e competenze in AI/ML, architetture digitali e user experience, con la capacità di guidare progetti end-to-end, dal concept all'implementazione.

Responsabilità principali Sviluppare algoritmi evoluti e soluzioni avanzate di AI/ML, anche tramite Po C, scale-up e industrializzazione Coordinare team interni multidisciplinari e un ecosistema di partner tecnologici e start-up Guidare la definizione e l'evoluzione della mappa applicativa, della data platform e dell'infrastruttura tecnologica dei clienti Supervisionare la UI/UX design strategy e la qualità complessiva delle soluzioni digitali Gestire la relazione con il top management dei clienti, assicurando valore e risultati concreti Requirements 7-10 anni di esperienza in consulenza strategica o tecnologica, o in aziende tech leader Solide competenze in Machine Learning, AI engineering e data platform Esperienza nello sviluppo di algoritmi evoluti e nella sperimentazione tramite Po C, scale-up e industrializzazione Conoscenza di UI/UX design, architetture cloud-native e gestione di ecosistemi di partner e start-up Padronanza dei principali trend tecnologici, incluse agentic AI, automazione intelligente e architetture data-driven Benefits Un ambiente di lavoro dinamico e in rapida crescita, con ampie opportunità di sviluppo professionale L'opportunità di lavorare con clienti prestigiosi e di contribuire a progetti innovativi Programmi di formazione e supporto per la crescita Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Consulting Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Exentially by 2x Greater Rome Metropolitan Area#J-18808-Ljbffr
