Japanese Speaking Human Resources (HR) OfficerJob Type:Full-time*We are only seeking candidates who can work long-term.Working Hours Five working days per week (total of 40 hours) Actual working hours are negotiable Training providedLanguage Requirements Japanese: Fluent level English: Business levelJob Description Responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities. Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new hires, including monitoring onboarding timelines and tracking deadlines. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Assist in performance management processes Arrange and handle employee engagement activities and programs. Assist with additional HR-related tasks and administrative support as required, with specific responsibilities to be defined as needs evolve.Work Location Fully remote (work from home) A stable internet connection is required For security reasons, work must be performed from home A company laptop will be provided; no personal equipment is requiredCompensation Monthly fee(2,300 euros) Annual performance-based bonus Three-month probation period (salary paid during probation) Payments will be made to your local bank accountHolidays & Leave Paid leave Japanese public holidays Birthday leave included No insurance coverage provided Visa sponsorship is not availableRequirements BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or any other related field Fluent-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency Solid HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced multinational company Strong computer literacy Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills, with a high attention to detail Committed to excellence and continuous improvement Ability to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environmentIf you have any questions, please provide answers to the following items when contacting us.Your name(If you only wish to ask questions first, providing just your last name is acceptable.)
