Position: Digital Marketing Specialist – Luxury Travel & Experiences Location: Rome | Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and coordinate all marketing initiatives. This role is central to ensuring that all communications –internal and external – are strategic, cohesive, and aligned with the Imago Artis brand vision. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Strategy Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals and luxury brand positioning Ensure consistency of brand voice across all platforms and communications Oversee digital marketing initiatives including web, campaigns, newsletters, CRM, and online visibility Cross-Team Communication & Coordination Collaborate closely with Sales, PR, Press, Social Media, and Product teams Coordinate all marketing and communication activities, translating initiatives into cohesive brand messaging Luxury Tourism & Trade Relations Support trade marketing, sales tools, presentations, and brand partnerships Assit B2 B communication with travel advisors and local partners Content & Writing Oversee and contribute to high-quality content, including brand storytelling, campaigns, sales materials, and press communications Ensure all content reflects luxury standards, tone, and messaging Required Profile & Characteristics Expertise in digital marketing and deep understanding of luxury travel Creative thinker with refined aesthetic sense and strong brand sensitivity Excellent writing and communication skills in English: minimum C1 Collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
