Main Purpose of the Role: Support in providing legal assistance, focusing on contract review, terms & conditions, and legal implications related to company operations. The intern will also assist in implementing and monitoring internal and external compliance controls.Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting all compliance related communications towards tear 1 and tear 2 production suppliers Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing commercial contracts across various areas (procurement, production, IT, finance). Support in storing and updating contracts/documents in a timely manner. Help identify potential legal risks and contribute to practical, business-oriented solutions. Collaborate in preparing statutory board meetings and compliance updates. Assist in ensuring GDPR compliance and proper handling of personal data Assist in supporting the Supervisory Body pursuant Decree Legislative no. 231/2001.Requirements: Education : Law degree Skills : Basic knowledge of legal principles and contract law. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Strong attention to detail and confidentiality. Languages : Fluent in Italian and English.Personal Attributes: Excellent organizational skills and time management. Integrity and transparency in all activities. Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
