Innovation starts here, everyone’s ideas are valued, visionaries welcomedRole: Forescout Professional Services Engineer (PSE)The PSE provides technical and consultative services to their assigned accounts to drive the adoption and maturation of the customers’ Forescout deployments. The role involves solving technical and process challenges to ensure customer success, understanding the customer environment (people, process, and technology), and supporting customer goals and use cases. The ultimate goal is to ensure solution success, customer satisfaction, and account renewal/expansion. What You Will Do Consult with customers to determine outcomes, success criteria, and challenges. Develop and implement plans to close gaps and drive successful outcomes. Administer and mature customer enterprise deployment of the Forescout solution. Interface with Forescout Support and R&D to resolve technical issues. Define and create policies aligned with customer’s business requirements. Manage equipment installation and configuration at all locations, including lab environments. Manage Forescout software and hardware upgrades. Manage the Forescout solution in accordance with the customer’s business goals. Create customer reports to ensure project alignment and unity of effort. What You Will Bring To Forescout8+ years of experience in an IT-related field. Consultative experience designing and advocating for best-practice solutions. Minimum 3 years of experience with network hardware configuration.3 years of significant experience with Windows and Linux operating systems. Experience deploying large-scale enterprise deployments/data centers. Experience supporting enterprise security software products such as firewalls, IPS, Anti-Virus, application firewalls, high availability solutions, network management systems, and virtual systems. Experience implementing complex software products involving multiple components. Ability to clearly document procedures. Working knowledge of shell, Perl, and XML scripting. Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, organizational skills, self-drive, and multitasking ability. Interpersonal skills and experience in demanding environments. Design and architecture experience is a plus. Technical support experience is a plus. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Fore Scout Certified Administrator (FSCA) and Engineer (FSCE) certifications are a plus. CISSP and/or PMP certifications are a plus. Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.
