Job Description Stiamo selezionando, per importante holding italiana del settore farmaceutico, un Senior Legal & Compliance Advisor. PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA’ La risorsa, a diretto riporto dell’Amministratore Delegato, seguirà tutte le società del gruppo, occupandosi principalmente di: Attività di Compliance in conformità alla normativa D.Lgs. 231/01, in collaborazione con le funzioni aziendali; Consulenza legale per le diverse funzioni di business; Redazione, revisione, conservazione e archivio contratti; Collaborazione con l’Organismo di Vigilanza nelle varie attività, con predisposizione di reportistica periodica; Assicurare il regolare svolgimento delle attività degli Organi Sociali e supportarli nello svolgimento delle attività; Supporto alle attività di gestione della privacy e al Data Privacy Officer; Pianificazione e formazione interna in tema di normativa 231/01, GDPR, ecc. REQUISITI Laurea in Giurisprudenza; Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 5 anni; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Dinamicità, riservatezza e spiccate doti negoziali e relazionali; La provenienza dal settore farmaceutico sarà considerata requisito preferenziale.
