The role – what is it we would like you to do? 

Currie & Brown Italy is looking for an Associate Director for Milan office.

Requirements

Previous experience in this or related roles. At least 10-15 years' experience in industry Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills (both internal and external). In addition to Italian, excellent written and spoken English is required. Demonstrates strategic and long-term thinking. Has a full understanding of management and budgeting processes. Can act as Key Account Manager, able to interface with the customer at all levels. Aptitude for teamwork, reliability, and flexibility.

Activities

Assuming a leading role in setting objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player. Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects; liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial control.

Requisiti

Precedente esperienza in questo ruolo o affine; Esperienza di almeno 10-15 anni nel settore Ottime capacità di scrittura tecnica, di relazione con il cliente e di comunicazione (sia interna che esterna). Oltre all'italiano, è richiesto un ottimo inglese scritto e parlato. Dimostra di avere un pensiero strategico e a lungo termine; Ha una piena comprensione dei processi di gestione e di budgeting; E' in grado di agire come Key Account Manager, capace di interfacciarsi con il cliente a tutti i livelli. Attitudine al lavoro in team, affidabilità e flessibilità.
